We offer monthly or annual in-app subscriptions. A subscription allows you to access the revision content for the active training phase. The content is suitable for juniors and adults and updates every 8 to 12 weeks in step with in-class training.

Your monthly or annual subscription entitles you to the following:

- Full video content for the current junior and adult patterns
- Multi-step images and videos for blocks, strikes and kicks for active phase
- Revision PDF documents for many drills

LMA Handbook Subscriptions purchased in-app auto-renew monthly or yearly. Subscriptions are priced at $2.49 USD monthly and $20.49 USD yearly (pricing may vary in countries other than the U.S.). To avoid renewal, you must turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before your subscription ends. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings.
